Feedback & help
help@well-said.app
To help us help you faster, please include as much detail as you can:
- The email on your Well Said account, shown in the app under Settings → Account. If you chose Hide My Email, it’s the private relay address shown there.
- What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Step-by-step instructions to make it happen again.
- Screenshots or a screen recording.
- Your device model and iOS version.
Writing from the app? Settings → Feedback & help fills in your account and device details for you.
Manage or cancel your subscription
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple.
- In Well Said, open Settings, tap your plan under Subscription, then tap Manage subscription.
- Or open your iPhone or iPad Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Well Said.
Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your Well Said account does not cancel your subscription.
Restore purchases
If you subscribed on another device or reinstalled the app, sign in to Well Said with the same Apple Account, open Settings, tap your plan under Subscription, and tap Restore purchases. Make sure your device is signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account you used to subscribe.
Refunds
Apple handles all payments, so refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete your account
Open Settings → Account → Delete account in the app. This permanently deletes your account, Library, writing, preferences, and notification schedules. It can’t be undone, and it doesn’t cancel your subscription. If you can’t open the app, email us from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is deleted.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need an account?
Yes. Well Said uses Sign in with Apple so your Library, preferences, and subscription work across your devices. If you choose Hide My Email, we only see Apple’s private relay address.
What’s free and what needs a subscription?
You can try Find, Ask, Write, and For You with limited free allowances. A subscription replaces the free allowances and unlocks subscriber features. AI features remain subject to a weekly fair-use allowance and service availability. The subscription screen in the app shows current prices and any free trial. The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard License Agreement.
Why am I not getting notifications?
Check that notifications are on for Well Said in your iPhone or iPad Settings → Notifications, and that you have a schedule under Settings → Notifications in the app. Notifications are delivered by Apple and can be delayed by Focus modes or Low Power Mode.
How do I add a widget?
Touch and hold an empty area of your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for Well Said.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Find, Ask, and For You send your requests to OpenAI to generate results. OpenAI doesn’t use them to train its models. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is sent and kept.
